For operational branch requests, yes. People can still use email, but the system of record becomes the branch-owned request thread.
Can partner branches use it?+
Yes. The MVP supports partner branches inside the same workspace, which fits Sprinkler Supply Store working with SiteOne branches.
Do public links require login?+
No. Public links are read-only and hide private internal details while giving outside viewers the status and conversation they need.
Is billing live?+
Not yet. The data model has plan fields for later, but Stripe and billing controls are intentionally out of the MVP.
